1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 999de ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 999de website located at https://999de.io and all associated sub-pages, services, features, and content.

By registering an account on 999de, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or simply browsing the platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement under these Terms. 2. Definitions

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 999de at any given time. If 999de determines that a person holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999de username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999de will never contact you to ask for your password under any circumstances. 4.2 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep all personal information associated with your account accurate and current. 4.3 Account Closure

Before closure, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. 999de reserves the right to close any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, terms violations, or activity that poses a risk to the platform or other users.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. 999de may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after this period, following reasonable notice to the registered email address. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

5. Deposits and Payments

6. Withdrawals

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 3.4. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending the submission and approval of required documents. 999de reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, 999de may request that you nominate an alternative registered payment method in your own name.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 999de are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

7.2 Wagering Requirements
